El Festival de Cine de Venecia o Festival Internacional de Cine de Venecia (en italiano: Mostra Internazionale d'Arte Cinematografica della Biennale di Venezia, "Exposición Internacional de Arte Cinematográfico de la Bienal de Venecia") es un festival de cine anual que se celebra en Venecia, Italia. Es el festival de cine más antiguo del mundo y uno de los "Cinco grandes" Festivales de cine internacionales en todo el mundo, que incluyen los "Tres grandes festivales de cine europeos junto con el Festival de cine de Toronto en Canadá y el Festival de cine de Sundance en los Estados Unidos. Los festivales son internacionalmente aclamado por dar a los creadores la libertad artística de expresarse a través del cine.En 1951, la FIAPF acreditó formalmente el festival.
El 79º Festival Internacional de Cine de Venecia está organizado por La Biennale di Venezia y dirigido por Alberto Barbera. Tendrá lugar en el Lido de Venecia del 31 de agosto al 10 de septiembre de 2022.

The Venice Film Festival or Venice International Film Festival (Italian: Mostra Internazionale d'Arte Cinematografica della Biennale di Venezia, "International Exhibition of Cinematographic Art of the Venice Biennale") is an annual film festival held in Venice, Italy. It is the world's oldest film festival and one of the "Big Five" International film festivals worldwide, which include the "Big Three European Film Festivals alongside the Toronto Film Festival in Canada and the Sundance Film Festival in the United States. The Festivals are internationally acclaimed for giving creators the artistic freedom to express themselves through film. In 1951, FIAPF formally accredited the festival.
The 79th Venice International Film Festival is organised by La Biennale di Venezia and directed by Alberto Barbera. It will take place at Venice Lido from 31 August to 10 September 2022.
